Dr. Teresa Domzal became the Chancellor, National Intelligence University on August 4, 2008. Dr. Domzal was previously the Provost of the National Defense Intelligence College at the Defense Intelligence Agency. She has also served as Provost and Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs at Richmond, the American International University in London, England, and as the Dean, School of Management, George Mason University, Fairfax, Virginia. In addition, she has served on the staff of the Central Intelligence Agency.

Dr. Domzal has a Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati and has extensive consulting and private sector experience. Dr. Domzal will report directly to the DNI and, on his behalf, oversee the conduct of education, training, and foreign language activities across the Intelligence Community.
