About The ODNI
The Director of National Intelligence serves as the head of the U.S. Intelligence Community, overseeing and directing the implementation of the National Intelligence Program and acting as the principal advisor to the President, the National Security Council, and the Homeland Security Council for intelligence matters related to national security. The Office of the DNI's goal is to effectively integrate foreign, military and domestic intelligence in defense of the homeland and of United States interests abroad.
ODNI is comprised of a headquarters element, five national centers (NCTC, the National Counterterroism Center; NCBC, the National Counterproliferation and Biosecurity Center; NCSC, the National Counterintelligence and Security Center; CTIIC, the Cyber Threat Intelligence Integration Center; and FMIC, the Foreign Malign Influence Center) as well as the National Intelligence Council and IARPA, the Intelligence Advanced Research Projects Activity.
