Week One - Plenary Week: The goal of the Plenary Week at ODNI Headquarters (LX-2) is to engage participants in a "Community conversation" around strategic issues affecting national security and the Intelligence Community. As an interagency team, participants explore leadership issues that cut across mission, occupation, and organizational boundaries, while examining their own leadership domain, and how integration and collaboration occur across the IC.
Week Two - The University of Michigan Week is held at the Ross School of Business Executive Education Center in Ann Arbor. Facilitated by the University of Michigan faculty, participants examine and apply each quadrant of the Competing Values Framework to Intelligence Community leadership challenges, explore the role of organizational culture in successful leadership, and examine positive leadership practices needed to move from Agency to Community leadership. During this week, participants build strong professional bonds with their colleagues.
